"Eastwick" este o adaptare a romanului scris de John Updike, "Vrajitoarele din Eastwick" si a ecranizarii sale cu acelasi nume din anul 1987. Serialul urmareste vietile a trei straine, Roxanne, Joanna si Kat, care se intalnesc la o fantana care implineste dorinte si devin in curand prietene. Un barbat misterios pe nume Darryl Van Horne se muta in Eastwick si are planuri sinistre in privinta fetelor, insa ajunge si el sa le devina prieten. Insa, si mai periculos, el le delantuie puterile supranaturale. Insa aprinzand dorinta in inimile lor, este posibil, de fapt, sa deschisa tocmai Cutia Pandorei.
